The organizing duty of a manager obliges him to asses the goals of the company to be able to determine what needs to be done, which are most fit to do it, and how that certain activity is to be done. The leading role of a manager in any company says that he is to deal with the people of the company; this involves motivating and leading the employees of the company. The last responsibility of a manager is controlling; this is probably the most essential duty of a manager because this is where he is to make sure that every thing that was planned is put into action in whatever way it needs to be done.
